Terms and Conditions

  • We have 1 rate: GARDEN VIEW DOME.
  • Cancellations can be made 1 week before arrival without penalty. If you cancel within the week of the trip, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
  • Modifications can be made 1 week before arrival without penalty. If you modify your reservation within the week of the trip, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
  • To reserve a reservation, 50% of the stay will be charged, and the remaining nights must be paid at Check-In.
  • Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
  • Our front desk service is available Monday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
  • The rate considers 2 persons per room.
  • Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room.
  • The rate only includes lodging. All food and beverages are extra cost.
  • Our hotel is for adults only; we do not accept minors.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the hotel's common areas, rooms, and beach.
  • The electricity voltage is 120 V.
  • Our plugs are single-phase.
  • At Santuario Yelapa, there is no discrimination, selection, or exclusion based on race or preferences.
  • It is essential to consider that access to our facilities is not optimal for handicapped and elderly people.
  • Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, cash (Visa and Mastercard), and bank transfer.
  • We do not accept Interest-Free Months.
  • Our rates and amounts are in Mexican Pesos.
  • The 16% VAT is not included in the rates.
